The Gala dinner is a popular highlight of the conference and as the IMiA 2023 Conference Gala Dinner Major Partner, you will have access to a wide variety of health care professionals in an intimate environment. In addition, you will benefit from the following entitlements:
As the IMiA 2023 Welcome reception major partner, you will have recognition at the only inclusive social function of the conference. In addition, you will benefit from the following entitlements:
Two (2) breakfast sessions are available from 7:30-8:30am on the following days: Friday 17 February 2023 and Saturday 18 February 2023. This session allows the supporter full editorial control and access to participating delegates. The breakfast sessions will be promoted on the website pre-conference, via the conference program and daily via the housekeeping notes. The conference will provide the session room at the venue including all AV requirements and a technician for the duration of the breakfast session, plus one full registration for the breakfast speaker. Exclusive naming rights and branding of the breakfast is yours when you take up this package. IMiA 2023 will promote your breakfast symposia via the website and one dedicated EDM sent to all delegates prior to the conference. An online registration facility will be provided via the main delegate registration process (the cost to attend must be free for delegates). In addition, you will benefit from the following entitlements:

Included in this exclusive package is one coffee cart and barista servicing delegates during all catering breaks in the exhibition hall. In addition, you will benefit from the following entitlements:
The IMiA 2023 Conference app will be the most up-to-date place for Apple and Android users to check for program updates, speaker biographies, registration opening times and other useful conference-related information at the touch of a button. Become the supporter of the app and see your company’s branding on multiple pages with unlimited links to your website.

The app will also provide a platform for delegates, supporters and exhibitors to interact with each other before, during and after the conference via the activity feed and direct messaging.

Note: The conference organisers will arrange the setup of the recharge zone, the cost for which is contained within the support package. The location of the terminals will be at the discretion of the Conference Office.

The exhibition for the IMiA 2023 Conference will be held in Bays 21B and 22B at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Delegate lunches, morning and afternoon teas will be served in the exhibition area from Friday to Sunday, providing exhibitors with the maximum opportunity to showcase their products and services whilst interacting with delegates.

Exhibitors will receive access to a lead generation platform, providing a smooth and seamless way for your team onsite to capture delegate contact details.
